Christmas Gifting Extended Returns & Exchanges

We are sure that they will love your choice, however, to allow for the purchase of gifts, all full-price purchases made from the 17th of November can be exchanged in-store and returned online until the 11th of January 2026 or within 30 days

Our Returns Policy

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer the following options if you wish to return an item because you changed your mind or purchased an incorrect size and the product doesn’t fit.

For any full price product purchased in-store we will offer an exchange, credit note or refund, within 30 days of purchase. Sale and outlet (excluding final sale) products purchased instore can be exchanged only.

Online and Store to Door* purchases for both full price and sale (excluding final sale) products can be returned in-store for an exchange, credit note or refund.

Final sale products cannot be returned for a refund or an exchange if you change your mind or purchase an incorrect size.

For all returns, proof of purchase will need to be provided, and the product(s) must be in their original condition with tags attached.

Returns are not available for gift-cards, and personalised items, facemasks, hosiery, underwear, swimwear and jewellery cannot be returned under this policy.

If you wish to return an eligible item purchased using a gift card, pre-paid Visa or Mastercard you may exchange it in-store, or alternatively the funds can be re-issued in the form of a Commonry gift card.

Nothing in this policy is intended to detract from your statutory rights that may apply if there is a problem with a product.
