Commonry eGift Cards (eGift Cards) are available for amounts between $25 and $500.
Please treat eGift Cards like cash. Lost or stolen eGift Cards cannot be replaced or refunded.
Subject to our fraud review process and technology service providers, eGift Cards are generally emailed to the designated recipient within 30 minutes after purchase.
eGift Cards can be redeemed for purchases online or in store at any Commonry store, excluding Commonry concession stores (MYER).
E-gift cards can be redeemed in whole or for part of a payment, when used in conjunction with another tender method (excluding Apple pay, Afterpay & ZipPay).
Purchases made using an e-gift card in conjunction with another tender method will be available for in-store exchange or alternatively, a refund can be processed. The refund amount will be processed back to the gift card first, prior to the secondary payment method.
eGift Cards can be redeemed in whole or for part of a payment.
eGift Cards are not redeemable for cash or credit, and no change will be given.
eGift Cards expire 3 years after the date of purchase.
If an incorrect pin is entered three times, the gift card will be automatically locked for 24 hours. Should this occur, please contact Commonry Customer Care at customercare@commonry.com for assistance.
